At Cayrody Studio, we want you to love your wearable art and home decor as much as we do. Whether it’s a unique piece of clothing or a statement artwork for your wall, we are here to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.
Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.

1. Return Window: 14 Days ⏳

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the date you receive your order.
  • Valid Requests: You must initiate your return request within 14 days of delivery.
  • Expired Requests: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for requests made after this two-week period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn/unwashed for apparel; undamaged for art).
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. How to Start a Return 📨

Important: Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
  1. Email Us First: Contact our support team at mailto:love@cayrody.com within the 14-day window.
  2. Wait for Confirmation: We will review your request and provide you with the specific return address and instructions.
  3. Ship It Back: Once approved, you can ship the item back to us.
Note: Items sent back to us without prior email approval will not be accepted.

3. Damages, Defects & Shipping Issues 🛠

Don't worry about quality or shipping risks—we’ve got you covered!
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at mailto:love@cayrody.com immediately.
  • Our Promise: We will evaluate the issue right away.
  • The Solution: For verified damages or quality issues, we will arrange a free replacement (reshipment) for you. You do not need to worry about the cost; we will make it right on us!

4. Large Item Policy (>30 Inches) 🖼️

Due to the high cost of logistics, we have a special policy for large-sized artwork:
  • Size Limitation: Items with a single side dimension exceeding 30 inches are non-returnable for standard reasons (e.g., "changed mind" or "don't like it").
  • Quality Guarantee: However, if a large item arrives damaged or defective, we still support you! We will offer a free replacement or exchange. We want to ensure you receive a perfect piece of art, regardless of size.

5. Non-Returnable Items 🚫

To keep our collection fresh and unique, the following items cannot be returned:
  • Custom or personalized products created just for you.

6. Refunds 💳

Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved: Your refund will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Timing: Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
