Refund policy

At CAYRODY STUDIO, we want you to love your wearable art as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it perfect. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns 📦
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused — just like it left our studio.

With original tags and packaging.

Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order confirmation email).

2. How to Start a Return 📨
Since we ship locally from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Hong Kong, we will provide you with the specific return address for your region once your request is initiated.

Step 1: Email us at love@cayrody.com to initiate your return.

Step 2: If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damages & Issues 🛠
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong "masterpiece," contact us immediately at love@cayrody.com. We will evaluate the issue right away and make it right—on us!

4. Non-Returnable Items 🚫
To keep our collection fresh and unique, some items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized products created just for you.

Gift cards.

Clearance or "Final Sale" items.

5. Exchanges 🔄
The fastest way to get the size or design you truly want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds 💳
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved: Your refund will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

Timing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
